Our music selections are designed to soothe the spirit and calm the restless mind. Our lighting is soft and flattering. We know that everyone has favorite scents and products, so we offer each client a choice.
Our employees wear only unscented products so they do not interfere with any client’s aromatherapy choices or disturb those who have sensitivities to perfumes. Our towels are the softest. All this attention to detail adds up to a feeling of luxurious pampering that your staff and clients will look forward to experiencing each time they visit.

Membership
Membership at Schotherapy – The Boutique Day Spa is offered as either 3 or 6 months or one (1) year. There is no registration fee and you receive your membership. See membership options listed below. Feel free to speak to any member of our team to discuss further.
3 month Membership – $450
1 service per month from the Facials, Massage or Nail category
Complimentary wine on arrival
6 month Membership – $700
1 service per month from the Facials, Massage or Nail category

Mobile Services
More and more, it’s becoming more widely accepted to take the services to the client. Clients are recognizably more comfortable within their homes which is their accepted comfort zones. Recognising this trend, Schotherapy – The Boutique Day Spa bring the luxury Boutique experience directly to you. This service is especially beneficial to the excessively busy individual or professional who need to unwind those tense, drained muscles and frayed nerves. Mobile services can be provided at your offices, Villa, Apartment, House or Hotel Suite. Mobile Services start at US$100.

The facilities are quietly nestled on approximately 200sq feet of well-manicured grounds. The facilities is equipped with the latest equipment and comprise of:

Spa Guidelines
When to Arrive
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation to allow time for checking in, using the restroom, filling out client forms (if you did not come and emailed prior to the appointment) and getting settled.
If you are late for your appointment, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but this is not always possible. Service time may have to be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests that are booked after you. You will be charged for the full service time regardless.
Securing Your Spa Service
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Please have this ready to finalize the appointment.
Cancellations
Individual – Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. This gives us ample time to schedule another client.
Group Cancellations – 72 hours notice is required for group cancellations and a credit card must be given for group reservations. Spa packages, multiple service reservations, no show for parties of two or more are charged at full value for cancellation without appropriate notice. Last minute cancellations (4 hours prior to your appointment) will be charged 100% of the service value and are not refundable or available for spa credit.
No Shows
Clients who fail to show for appointments may be asked to pre-pay for future services. After the first time, no show clients will be asked to reserve their future appointments with a credit card.
Spa
Only the client receiving a service is allowed in the massage rooms and all other spa treatment rooms except with clients that have disabilities.
Product Returns or Exchanges
All product returns must be within 30 days. A store credit will be issued for opened products and a full refund will be issued for unopened products.
Personal Possessions
Although we provide a private locker, we cannot be responsible for the loss of or damage to personal articles. We ask that you leave all jewelry at home.
Age Policy
You must be 18 or older to make a reservation at Schotherapy – The Boutique Day Spa.
Gratuity Policy
Cash gratuities are accepted and appreciated. Gratuity is not included in the price of service or spa packages. Customary tipping runs 15% to 20% but is, of course, at your discretion. You may tip the therapist in the room or upon check out at the front desk with cash or credit card.
Special Conditions Policy
Please notify one of our spa specialists before reserving your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant. Extended exposure to hot water vapors may be detrimental to the health of those with diabetes, high or low blood pressure, and heart conditions. If you feel you have a medical condition or are currently under medical supervision, it is recommended that you consult your physician before visiting the spa or related facilities
Prices Policy
We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest spa experiences. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.
Other Tips For Your Visit
· Please do not bring valuables with you; we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Jewelry may be deposited in a safety deposit box at the front desk.
· Please respect the right to a quiet atmosphere for all guests. We ask that you refrain from talking loudly and that you turn off all cell phones.
· Remember to rest, cool down and drink water before and after a massage or fitness session.
· For massages, your spa specialist wants nothing more than for you to be relaxed, so please undress to the point where you’re comfortable. The technician will always give you privacy and time to get ready. There will be a sheet for you to slip under on the massage table.
· Please shower and remove any cosmetics and body oils before going to your first treatment appointment.
· Smoking and food are prohibited in all spa areas.
